Achievement for All Digital Conference

Thursday 11th November 2021 – Friday 12th November 2021

We are assembling an amazing array of external speakers and pathways to engage teachers, leaders, youth justice professionals and children’s services leaders: one mission, to support children and young people whose progress in education is impeded by social emotional and educational barriers to learning- together we can dismantle them!

I am delighted to announce that I am now working for Achievement for All full time. I am aligned 100% to its charitable objects, and am in awe of the impact the Schools Programme is having in schools and academies through the country. Apart from the Anti-Bullying project as outlined below, I am extremely fortunate to be working with an amazing team which is developing an on-line training and staff development experience that captures the power and potential of the Achievement for All Schools Programme.

SCiP5 Education and Media will have to take a back seat for now, but, with Achievement for All’s blessing and support, I am still bookable to run INSET, speak at conferences and to continue campaigning to close the gap!

Marius Frank

In partnership with Achievement for All 3As and Anti-Bullying Alliance

SCiP5 is working with Achievement for All 3As and Anti-Bullying Alliance on a national training and staff development strategy to reduce the incidence and impact of bullying on SEND well-being and achievement. A training and staff development programme has been conceived and written to encourages schools to explore the key  issues, but in a unique and engaging way The training goes on to support schools to develop a bespoke programme of change that meets their own identified needs and context.

It acknowledges that every school is different, moving away from the more conventional “prescriptive” National Strategy approach to an “elective” one. The programme is open to all primary and secondary schools in the country, and runs until 2015.

Feedback from participating schools has been extremely positive.
“We thought we were well organised within school after giving the subject a high profile over the past few years but your training day and the slides show that we still have some way to go if we are to achieve our targets. Your coaches delivered the day with a great understanding and passion that enthused us all but also left us with a great many questions to take back to school and think about personally.” Peter Oliver, Deputy Head Teacher, Berwick Middle School

“The day was incredibly useful and it was fantastic to be given resources that are so easy to access.” Sophie Orton, Head of Pupils and Personnel, Ravenshead CofE Primary School, Nottingham

98% of delegates who have attended training so far have rated the training good or better

98% felt more confident in identifying resources and strategies that will have a positive impact on SEND bullying in their school community.

95% felt more confident in leading a change programme that will have a positive impact on SEND bullying in their school community.
